Jessica is a dedicated and compassionate Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic floor rehabilitation and lymphedema therapy. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with a Psychology minor from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Governors State University. With a strong foundation in kinesiology and psychology, in addition to her experience with personal training and trauma sensitive care, Jessica brings a comprehensive, biopsychosocial lens to patient care. Outside of her clinical and academic pursuits, Jess enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling, and creative outlets such as crafting and sewing.

Lauren received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Governors State University and a Bachelor Degree in psychology and sociology from Northwestern University. Prior to becoming a physical therapist, Lauren worked as an advocate, mental health practitioner, firefighter and EMT. Lauren’s physical therapy specialty certifications include Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT), Pelvic Rehabilitation Professional Certificate (PRPC) and Certified Yoga Therapist (CYT). She is a board member of Pelvic Health Research Initiative and a research member of International Continence Society and North American Menopause Society. As Governors State University faculty, Lauren teaches Special Topics: Pelvic Rehabilitation Physical Therapy, Wellness and Pharmacology. In 2023, Lauren opened Chez Therese to provide pelvic rehabilitation, lymphedema and oncological physical therapy within her community. Lauren treats pregnancy related issues, menopause related issues, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, bowel dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, lymphedema, lymph node transfer/bypass, stem cell transplant, and bowel/bladder/sexual/functional concerns of patients undergoing HIPEC (hyperthermal intraperitoneal chemotherapy). Lauren has been published in peer reviewed journals within multidisciplinary care and surveillance. Lauren teaches ‘Trauma Informed Care’ to medical providers as faculty of Herman and Wallace Pelvic Institute. As a 2017 Fellow of the Chicago Trauma Collective, Lauren is a trauma-sensitive practitioner whose goal is to empower patients to create meaningful, healthful lifestyle changes to improve their physiology and quality of life.

Allison graduated from Carroll University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019. She has experience in inpatient and outpatient settings, specializing in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. She has a passion for treating prenatal and postnatal mamas to empower and work alongside them to heal their bodies from the inside out. She has experience in Pilates and loves integrating it into her treatment sessions. Allison also has experience in health coaching, as she graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2021. When not at work, you can find Allison cuddles with her golden doodle, Gryffin, with a romance novel in hand.
